Yoga Morning Sun Salutation
This is an Outdoor full-size group class offered seasonally in the Park Space on the Lake from the beginning of May through the end of September.
A gentle morning practice designed to awaken the body and mind with intention, warmth, and steady activation.
Yoga Morning Sun Salutation gradually transitions from soft joint mobilization to energizing flow, supporting circulation, coordination, and mental clarity at the start of the day. This class balances activation with grounding, helping the body feel awake yet centered.
