Assisted Yoga / Body Balance Session

A supportive one-on-one session designed

  • to improve posture,

  • balance,

  • overall body alignment

This session is ideal for individuals who would like to participate in group Pilates or Yoga classes but feel limited by joint restriction, muscular tightness, or reduced stability.


It is created for people who want to move beyond these limitations and feel more confident, supported, and free in their body — both in practice and in everyday life.

This session combines guided yoga-based movement with assisted positioning and balance-focused exercises.


The work may include:

  • Gentle alignment correction and posture awareness

  • Assisted stretching and stabilization

  • Core and joint support exercises

  • Breath-coordinated movement

  • Balance and proprioception training

Rather than pushing intensity, the focus is on restoring symmetry, improving movement control, and building confidence in foundational patterns.


The goal is to create a stable, aligned body that feels ready for group classes — and capable of moving freely in daily life.
