Purpose of the First Session
The First Session is designed to evaluate the current state of your body and establish a clear starting point for structured progression.
During this session, we assess:
• Joint mobility and range of motion
• Muscle tone and movement quality
• Ligament and tendon responsiveness
• Breathing capacity and diaphragm engagement
• Ability to concentrate and coordinate movement
Through guided assessment exercises and manual evaluation, we identify tension patterns, structural imbalances, and areas requiring focused support.
Session Format — 55 Minutes
The session includes:
• Assessment exercises
• Assisted Practice
• Manual mobility work
• Myofascial Release (MFR)
• Breath work
Each component helps create a complete understanding of how your body currently functions.
After the Session
Based on the findings, a personalized progression plan is outlined — identifying the most effective pathway forward.
