One-on-One Mobility / Body Balance Practice
A guided movement practice designed for individuals who are ready to take greater ownership of their mobility and balance work.
Unlike Assisted sessions, this format is non-assisted. Movements are demonstrated and explained, while the client performs the exercises independently. Verbal cues and refinements are provided, but the work is self-directed.

The focus shifts from support to embodiment — learning to recognize correct alignment, stability, and movement quality without physical guidance.
This practice is ideal for individuals who:
Want to build confidence practicing independently
Are ready to continue their work at home
Seek to understand how movements should feel in their own body
Prefer learning through demonstration and guided repetition
It is especially suited for those committed to long-term progress beyond the studio environment.
How the Practice Works
During the session:
Exercises are demonstrated clearly and progressively
The client performs the movements independently
Verbal cues help refine alignment and control
Foundational principles are explained for deeper understanding
Short instructional videos are recorded during the session if desired and agreed by individual and shared afterward.
These serve as a reference guide, helping reinforce key details and support consistent home practice.
It Is Needed:
When transitioning from assisted work to independent movement
When building a sustainable home routine
When developing body awareness and self-correction skills
As part of long-term mobility maintenance
Results You May Experience:
Greater movement independence
Improved body awareness and control
Confidence practicing safely at home
Sustainable progress beyond guided sessions
This practice empowers individuals to move with understanding — not just instruction.
